Python import this！

Python用了这么久了，今天第一次知道 import this，传说中的Zen of Python！

其实也没那么玄乎，就是Python的一些设计思想和基于这些思想的写作建议。

这里用了最简单的凯撒加密，s里面每个字符的值往后移13位就是 Zen of Python，很好奇为什么不直接打印文章，而是要这样再算一次，不是Simple is better than complex么？O(∩_∩)O~
